Your website account is separate from a macSQL engine login. It controls preview-site access and owns the server write license without exposing database credentials to the browser.

Your role, license, registered server activations, and sessions remain attached to this account. After changing it here, update the saved account email in macSQL on each Mac where the app is installed.
